Today, as I was doing a little exploring I came across a gorgeous monochromatic color scheme that I just had to share.
As you may or may not know, monochromatic color schemes have all the colors (tints, tones, and shades) of a single hue. I find it easiest to grab a paint swatch that matches your base color and then find decorative elements that reflect the other colors on the swatch.
Create dimension to your design by finding a selection of patterned fabric within your color scheme.See how these swatches have the colors within our paint swatch! Although both these patterns are floral, they still coordinate due to the scale of the pattern and the reverse effect of the colors.
As you can see layering all this pattern and color can create a stunning peaceful space.
